I've been chasing a barn find for the better part of three years, and last Saturday it finally happened. A neighbor of a friend of a friend had a '69 Camaro Z/28 sitting in a barn on their property since 1979. The car has never been restored, never been repainted, and the date codes all check out.

The engine is seized but turns freely after some penetrating oil and patience. The floors have surface rust but no holes. The numbers on the trim tag match the build sheet tucked under the back seat.

I'm still processing it. Anyone else had a find like this and gone through the decision of full restoration vs preservation?
