How did Roman religion absorb and transform Greek mythology?

I've been into Ancient History for about 2 years now and wanted to share my thoughts.

It's good but not as revolutionary as people claim

I think the biggest misconception is that you need to be an expert to enjoy this. Just start with Persian and go from there.

Would love to hear what others think.
