Alpha player problem in co-ops: how to address it

I've been into Board Games for about 6 months now and wanted to share my thoughts.

It's not perfect but it's close

I think the biggest misconception is that you need to be an expert to enjoy this. Just start with Gloomhaven and go from there.

Would love to hear what others think.
