Parts described as NOS that are actually high-quality reproductions. Parts with reproduction date stamps. Parts that are original but have been repackaged to look more desirable.

Verification: buy from sellers with documented track records. Pay attention to the packaging — genuine factory packaging has specific printing characteristics. Join the marque clubs where members know the difference and will share their knowledge freely.
