ELI5: why do classic carbs need to be rebuilt every few years?
The cruise night is one of the most underrated experiences in the classic car hobby. No competition, no judging, no points. Just people who love old cars driving them to a place where other people who love old cars can see them.
I've been attending the same Thursday night cruise for eleven years. The cars change — people finish projects, sell cars, buy new ones, sometimes disappear for a season and come back with something completely different. The core group of faces stays mostly the same.
If you've been hesitant to bring your project car because it isn't finished or isn't perfect: don't be. The cruise night is explicitly where work-in-progress cars belong. Nobody drives anything perfect on a Thursday night.
