Ikiru is a film about death that makes you want to live and I have no ironic distance from that
I see a lot of discussion about Villeneuve vs Villeneuve and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:
Coppola is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. Scorsese gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.
At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best Nolan is the one you'll actually use.
