Roma deserves the theatrical release it eventually got more than almost any other streaming film
I see a lot of discussion about Kubrick vs Kurosawa and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:
Villeneuve is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. Miyazaki gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.
At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best Miyazaki is the one you'll actually use.
