Math rock and prog: where the influences run deepest

I've been into indie music for about six years now and I want to talk about something that's been on my mind.

There's this Bandcamp artist I stumbled onto two weeks ago through a tag rabbit hole — started with "dream pop", ended up at this woman recording in a converted shed in rural Wales, making the most devastatingly beautiful bedroom pop I've heard in years. Her album has 47 plays. Forty-seven. The production isn't perfect but the imperfections are doing real compositional work, like the tape hiss is part of the arrangement.

I bought it immediately and I've listened to it maybe a dozen times since. My question is: what do you do with a discovery like this? Share it everywhere and risk the scene flooding in, or hold it close and let it build organically? I keep going back and forth on this.
