Weekly volume tracking for calisthenics: how I organize my training log

I see a lot of discussion about L-sit vs handstand and I think people are overthinking it. Here's my take:

L-sit is great for beginners because it's more forgiving. L-sit gives you more control but has a steeper learning curve.

At the end of the day, use what works for you. The best push-up is the one you'll actually use.
